Dear Ms. Disiac,

There is this girl that I have had my eye on for quite some time now and I know absolutely NOTHING about her, except that she goes to my school, she is in a lower grade than me and she works at the famous players theatre in the city where I live.

So, here is the problem: I keep staring at her in school and I think that I must look like a stalker or something because I dont even know her and I always try to get a look at her whenever I can because....well she is really beautiful. Anyways, I want...NEED to talk to her or somehow meet her before the end of school in a few weeks. I don't know how to talk to someone that I have never met before....my friends even think that, from the gazes she gives me, she likes me as well.....but I am not sure.... I need your help to find out if she likes me and i need your help to somehow talk to her.....please help me soon....

You have to talk to her if you ever want to get to know her. If you don't communicate with her, then she might eventually think that you are a stalker. You have more to lose by not talking to her than by talking to her.

So how do you start? You could take it slow and just say "hello" to her the first time you talk to her. If she likes you, she might start a conversation. But she might be shy too, which means that it will be up to you to start a conversation. Simply say "hello," introduce yourself, and ask her about her work at the theater. Think of several questions that you could ask her about working at the theater before you talk to her. Try to approach her one-on-one to help to reduce your stress. If it does not work out, try again. If she is not interested, just consider it all practice for the next time you like someone. You may eventually have fun with it.
