BLACK SAGE

Black Sage was born in Trinidad where food is seen as medicinal and peppers have a long history of use for flavoring, healing and spiritual purposes. There has been a resurgnce of interest in peppers in the United States. The charge is being lead by Black Sage, who named this trend "The Hot Sauce Revolution." We caught up with Black Sage, the Pepper Guru, to get his thoughts on this revolution.
